ITC

PRACTICE

Representing Complainants and Respondents before the United States International Trade Commission.

With injunctions harder to obtain from U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission is now the venue of choice for patent holders seeking to exclude competitors from the market.  Our lawyers have substantial experience at the ITC, and are familiar with both the speed and unique remedies that are only available in this venue.  We have successfully assisted clients faced with the daunting threat of an ITC investigation as well as represented patent owners in this forum.
